Halloween Spooktacular

I'm taking a break from all the Christmas card creating and focusing a little on the rest of the year.
I was going through my photos the other day trying to get my scrapbooks up-to-date and came across some pictures of the girls when they were little and out trick-or-treating at their grandmas. (yes, I'm that far behind on my scrapbooks. Don't judge me! ha!) It inspired me to create a Halloween page.

I love using purples and greens with the traditional orange, black and white. The title I used is for sale at Picture This and was the exact look I was going for. These sweet little ghost just finish off the page.

Christmas Card with Impression Obsession dies!

We had a lot of this pretty green paper at the store but no one seemed to know what to do with it. So I took up the challenge and turned it into this Christmas card. I think it turned out AMAZING!!! I used IO Deer Trio and IO Tree Trio along with the IO Grass die. Added some matching bakers twine and I love it!! Hurry to get your paper before we run out!

Paper Straw Christmas cards

Have you ever seen those paper straws and wondered what you can do with them? Here's one idea. A quick and simple Christmas Card! Lots of fun to make and easy enough that your kids can help!

To make this card I used teal card stock for the card base. I layered silver metallic cardstock on top followed by white cardstock sprayed with turquoise Dylusions ink. I cut my paper straws to the desired size and attached them to the cardstock using Alene's Tacky Glue (in the blue bottle). I added a yellow button to the top as a star.
